Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: 2026

New Berlin Foundation Repair believes in transparency. This disclosure explains how we handle referrals and any compensation that may be connected to them, so you always know where a recommendation is coming from.

Referrals From Us

From time to time, we may refer homeowners to other local businesses for services we do not provide — for example, a plumber or electrician whose work connects to a project we've completed. We make these referrals based on our experience with those businesses and what we believe will serve you well. We do not accept payment in exchange for referring you to another business, and we do not link to other contractor websites from this site.

Referrals To Us

Some of our customers find us through neighbors, community groups, or online directories. We may participate in referral or affiliate programs that compensate us when a homeowner contacts us through a particular channel. Such compensation does not affect the price you pay for our services or the recommendations we make about your home.

Our Independence

Our inspections, diagnoses, and quotes are based solely on what we find at your home. No referral relationship or compensation influences our assessment of your foundation, basement, or crawl space, or the repairs we recommend.
