About New Berlin Foundation Repair
Built to Give Homeowners a Straight Answer
New Berlin Foundation Repair started with a simple frustration: too many homeowners in southeastern Wisconsin were being sold foundation work they didn't need, or patched-up fixes that wouldn't hold through the next winter. The homes around here — ranches, split-levels and two-story places built from the 1950s through the 1990s — are getting older, and the heavy clay soil and hard freeze-thaw winters aren't kind to their basements. Someone needed to show up, tell the truth, and do the job right.
That's what we built. We're a service-area business, which means we come to you — no walk-in office, no showroom, just a crew that shows up ready to inspect and explain. We base ourselves in and around New Berlin and work the whole region, from Muskego and Waukesha out to the lakeshore cities of Oak Creek, South Milwaukee and Cudahy.
What We Believe
Honest First
If a crack is just a crack, we say so. If it's structural, we say that too — and we won't oversell you on work that isn't needed.
Fix the Cause
We don't seal a leak and ignore the clogged drain tile behind it. We find what's actually driving the problem and fix that.
Neighbors First
We live in these neighborhoods. We treat your home the way we'd want ours treated — clean, careful, and accountable.
How We Treat Your Home
Every job starts the same way: a free, no-pressure inspection. We come out, look at what's actually happening — the crack, the wet floor, the noisy pump, the bowing wall — and explain it in plain language. Then we give you a written quote and a clear plan. You decide what happens next, on your timeline.
We won't claim licenses, awards, or years in business we can't back up. What we can tell you is that we know these homes, we know this soil, and we stand behind the work we do. Call 414-262-5777 or request a free estimate to get started.
